Description

  • Own end-to-end cash management back-office execution, including reconciliations, reporting, cash positioning, and administrative bank processes.
  • Design and implement scalable automation solutions using RPA, AI, Python, TMS tools, or similar technologies to replace manual workflows.
  • Improve liquidity forecasting and management through advanced analytics, predictive models, and real-time data integration.
  • Develop and automate cash forecasting and standardized reporting across regions, including dynamic KPI measurement.
  • Partner with external relationship banks, consultants, and advisors to execute treasury operations and strategy.
  • Support country operationalizations, including intercompany loan setup and registrations, e-banking user setup, and first-penny tests.
  • Automate cash position reporting and analysis using business intelligence and visualization tools.
  • Collaborate on short-term investment or borrowing decisions based on cash surplus or deficit projections.
  • Monitor cash-related risks, including fraud risk, and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
  • Participate in or lead treasury projects such as banking transitions, system implementations, and process improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, operations, payroll, IT, procurement, and payments teams to gather data and understand cash flow impacts.
  • Train and support new team members joining the treasury function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Finance, Analytics, or related roles; prior Corporate Treasury or Cash Management experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong understanding of liquidity, cash flows, and financial data in a multi-entity environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure, tight deadlines, and multitasking demands.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience improving or automating treasury or finance processes using advanced Excel, BI tools, RPA solutions, Python, or similar automation technologies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Accounting, Payments, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • CFA, CTP, FRM, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and global e-banking platforms, including master data maintenance and user access management, is preferred.
  • Ability to influence senior management through data-driven storytelling is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex financial concepts, are preferred.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
