Description

  • Partner with the Payroll Sales team to shape and execute go-to-market strategies for the Global Payroll solution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Global Payroll services and provide best-practice guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and presentations that communicate the value of Remote’s Global Payroll offering.
  • Develop and refine sales collateral, solution playbooks, and objection-handling tools for the Global Payroll buyer journey.
  • Translate client business needs into a clear scope of work for handoff to the Implementation team.
  • Educate Solutions Consulting and Sales teams on the technical components, services, and value proposition of Global Payroll.
  • Provide market-driven feedback to Product teams to ensure the solution aligns with customer needs and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country and multi-state payroll processing, compliance requirements, tax filings, wage and hour regulations, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting on global payroll processes and applying consultative techniques to uncover client needs and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Strong sales acumen and understanding of sales processes and cycles, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled service environment.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex payroll concepts for HR and executive audiences.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions quickly.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, PHR, or SHRM-CP are a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of competitive payroll products, the payroll industry landscape, or PEO service models is considered a strong plus.
  • Fluent English written and spoken proficiency.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
