Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders on org design, headcount planning, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Own and resolve complex employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions with sound judgment and commercial awareness.
  • Lead talent strategy execution within client groups, including performance calibration, succession planning, high-potential development, manager development, and internal mobility.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex People Partner and employee relations issues and act as a bridge to Legal.
  • Use people data and talent insights to identify trends, inform strategy, and drive proactive interventions.
  • Partner with People Programs to design frameworks, toolkits, and programs and support adoption within client groups.
  • Lead high-value cross-functional People initiatives that shape the employee experience.
  • Coach, guide, and mentor Associate/People Business Partners and other People team members.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders in a high-impact, embedded business partner role rather than a generalist support function.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a People Business Partner role supporting a global organization at scale.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, including complex multi-jurisdictional situations.
  • Proven ability to drive talent strategy, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the business beyond the people function.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Comfort working with AI-driven tools and an interest in automation and AI capabilities.
  • Experience with internal mobility and people analytics is beneficial.
