Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a strong focus on compliance and client experience.
  • Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead client and employee meetings for workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, negotiations, and termination delivery.
  • Negotiate and influence positive outcomes in complex termination and separation cases with multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offboarding activities and audits with internal and external partners including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and accurate employee records.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and partner with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal and external offboarding queries and guide clients through Employee Relations resources and policies.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, identify relevant facts and local regulations, and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
  • Support process improvements, automation, product development, and broader employee experience initiatives across the lifecycle team.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR guidance on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, research complex HR issues, and recommend practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for process innovation and optimization, including identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
  • Strong attention to record-keeping and data integrity.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced asynchronous remote environment, including flexibility for occasional flexible hours.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable ownership mindset.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
