Description

  • Serve as the primary operational expert on Diia City employment requirements and track legislative changes for ongoing compliance.
  • Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for Ukraine-based employees, including agreements, residency verification, registration, and supporting documentation.
  • Own the contractor-to-employee conversion process from contract termination through onboarding and internal approvals.
  • Manage military reservation processes and supporting documentation for eligible employees, and help ensure wartime employment compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR systems data, and documentation for lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers, leave, and terminations.
  • Oversee contractor agreements, onboarding records, renewals, and compliance tracking, including coordination of payment setup with Accounting.
  • Partner with Chief Accountant, General Counsel, Legal, Payroll, and Finance on payroll inputs, statutory reporting, employment law matters, and risk mitigation.
  • Build, document, and continuously improve scalable HR operations processes for Ukraine.
  • Support audits, due diligence, and other compliance-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration, or Employment Compliance within Ukraine.
  • Strong understanding of Ukrainian labour law and Diia City employment frameworks.
  • Experience managing employment documentation, contractor arrangements, and HR compliance processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Confident handling sensitive and confidential employee information.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience supporting global or international organisations is a plus.
  • Location: Kyiv.
