Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead client and employee meetings for consultations, administrative hearings, negotiations, and termination outcomes.
  • Influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex termination cases.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions, to ensure compliant offboarding.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supporting documents while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Process offboarding in the internal HRIS and partner with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Respond to internal and external offboarding queries as a subject-matter expert.
  • Assess workplace concerns, identify relevant facts and local regulations, and coordinate employee relations support.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product and customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and provide practical recommendations.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment with flexible hours as needed.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable collaborating across various tools and adapting to evolving systems.
  • Strong automation and AI fluency.
  • Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement is preferred.
