Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, contract, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead client and employee meetings for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and termination outcomes.
  • Negotiate and influence positive outcomes in complex termination situations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offboarding compliance and audits with internal teams and external parties such as payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supporting documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and coordinate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal and external offboarding queries.
  • Support clients with employee relations concerns, including preliminary assessments, policy guidance, and disciplinary documentation.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and customer experience enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience advising on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and provide practical recommendations.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes, including identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Efficiency in operations with strong record-keeping and data integrity awareness.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote international environment and willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate across tools and adapt to evolving systems.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
