Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical objectives and build strategic joint success plans with measurable KPIs.
  • Own the full customer journey, including retention, expansion, and long-term partnership development.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, product promotion campaigns, and introduction of new features.
  • Use domain knowledge of the Remote platform and customer insights to remove blockers and proactively support customer success plans.
  • Partner with sales, support, professional services, engineering, product, and partners to improve platform success.
  • Accelerate customers’ purchase-to-value journey and support recurring renewal revenue and Net Revenue Retention growth.
  • Build deep relationships with customer stakeholders, including business and technical teams and senior executives.
  • Coordinate small customer projects and manage complex enterprise-style customer engagements.
  • Create thought leadership collateral and act as a Remote evangelist with customers, partners, and ecosystem communities.
  • Coach and mentor junior Customer Success team members and contribute to team enablement and development.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Senior or Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
  • Experience managing complex large clients with 50+ employees autonomously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and technical problems and recommend best practices and next actions.
  • Proven experience building relationships with senior customer executives in enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and additional training.
  • Effective communicator with both external clients and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Experience mentoring new team members.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with well-structured communication skills.
  • Experience working remotely, while not required, is considered a plus.
  • Experience in a global organization and startup environment is preferred, but not required.

  • Annual base salary range of $37,280 to $83,880 USD.
  • 80/20 pay mix with 20% performance-based variable compensation (OTE).
