Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value proposition and assess prospect fit against customer needs.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects through handoff to the sales team.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from a variety of outside sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Proven business development success using core sales tools.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Chorus is a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent listening ability and a positive phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, proactive mindset, and willingness to bring new ideas.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a plus but optional.
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required.
