Description

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for the assigned payroll domain.
  • Draft complex tax and payroll workflows in Notion and verify accuracy with Legal and Compliance stakeholders.
  • Conduct quarterly audits to keep Zendesk and Notion knowledge content aligned with changing global labor laws.
  • Structure documentation in Notion databases and formatting that makes resources searchable and easy to use.
  • Design Learning Packs that include written guides, short how-to videos, and Docebo assessments for certification.
  • Build interactive, self-paced training modules in Rise by Articulate.
  • Analyze support ticket spikes and internal friction points to identify the right knowledge or training intervention.
  • Support payroll projects from inception through launch as the enablement lead for documentation and training.
  • Translate dense technical updates into clear, actionable learning materials for the team.

Requirements

  • Experience creating technical, compliant SOPs, workflows, and training content.
  • Advanced experience with Notion, including database management.
  • Experience with Zendesk and LMS tools such as Docebo or Articulate.
  • Proven ability to distill complex regional tax codes or labor laws into clear, scannable content.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of knowledge gaps.
  • High attention to detail and strong compliance orientation.
  • Fluent English, written and verbal.
  • Experience building interactive content or asynchronous learning materials is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll, global tax, or labor law content is preferred.
  • Ability to work with automation and AI capabilities, as required across Remote roles.
