Description

  • Lead HCM data migration workshops and define scope, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the functional subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Payroll and align configuration with business rules.
  • Map and validate HR core processes, including payroll, benefits, time, and organization management, with stakeholders.
  • Document functional specifications and data requirements to support build, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with technical teams during conversion cycles and reconcile results and defects.
  • Establish cutover and parallel-run readiness criteria for payroll.
  • Track issues and decisions and present options and risks to project leadership.
  • Support test planning and execution for payroll and HR processes.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for sustainment teams.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in SAP HCM/ERP with emphasis on HR processes, including payroll, benefits, time, and organization management.
  • Hands-on functional experience with SuccessFactors Payroll.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through HCM data migration workshops.
  • Strong understanding of HR process best practices and controls.
  • Clear, structured communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating parallel payroll runs and reconciliations is preferred.
  • Exposure to end-to-end testing cycles for HCM/payroll is preferred.
  • Workshop facilitation skills are preferred.
  • Change management skills are preferred.
