Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inbound inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value proposition to prospects and assess fit based on their needs.
  • Support Account Executives as needed throughout the sales process.
  • Educate and develop prospects until handoff to the sales team.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Conduct cold outreach to prospects from multiple outside sources.
  • Identify key stakeholders, research business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools; experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Good experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening skills and a positive phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Strong urgency, self-starting mindset, and ability to bring new ideas to the team.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Demonstrated success in the responsibilities listed for the role.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German.
  • Remote work experience is not required but is considered a plus.
