Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value proposition to prospects and assess fit based on their needs.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects through the sales funnel until handoff to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from outside sources.
  • Identify key decision-makers, research business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools.
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening ability.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while staying positive through rejection or criticism.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with urgency.
  • Fluent in both English and German, written and spoken.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in the responsibilities listed for the role.
