Description

  • Lead and build a team of quota-carrying Account Executives focused on hunting for net new business.
  • Partner with sales leadership and other functional groups to help the team over-achieve goals.
  • Mentor direct reports on pipeline building, opportunity advancement, and closing best practices.
  • Support direct reports in clarifying their career paths and developing toward those goals.
  • Identify improvements in the sales cycle that align with Remote’s core values and mission.
  • Collaborate with senior sales management, marketing, and other business partners on GTM strategy.
  • Prioritize prospective accounts and establish consistent sales metrics, practices, forecast hygiene, and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance on the tools used in the sales cycle and how they support growth and process improvement.
  • Conduct performance management reviews to ensure direct reports are developing and expectations are aligned.
  • Provide weekly and quarterly reporting on pipeline, wins/losses, opportunity statistics, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building, opportunity advancement, and closing best practices.
  • Experience leading a geographically distributed team of Account Executives.
  • Experience managing quota-carrying Account Executives focused on net new business.
  • Proven ability to hire and grow a high-performing global team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, including startups.
  • Strong cross-functional alignment and coordination skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally.
  • Experience with Account Executive tools and Salesforce knowledge.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience managing Account Executives across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Greater China is an advantage.
  • Remote work experience is not required but considered a plus.

  • On-target earnings between $96,000 USD and $240,000 USD, with base salary at 60%.
