Description

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate Cribl’s value proposition across stakeholders from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast accurately and hit sales targets.
  • Build strong, enduring customer relationships with a customer-first approach.
  • Work across time zones when needed due to the company’s remote-first operating model.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience.
  • Experience selling to security and IT personas, including SIEM, observability, CISO, and CIO stakeholders.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup with fewer than 1,000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year.
  • Experience running a complex sales process.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Must live locally to the Minneapolis territory.
  • Remote work eligibility based out of Minneapolis.
