Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a strong offboarding experience for clients and employees.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, employment contract, and redundancy processes while maintaining legal compliance.
  • Lead client and employee meetings for workforce reductions, hearings, negotiations, and termination outcomes.
  • Influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex termination situations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offboarding compliance activities and audits with internal teams and external partners such as payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and related documents with accuracy while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and collaborate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal and external offboarding questions.
  • Guide clients through employee relations resources, preliminary workplace concern assessments, and disciplinary documentation requirements.
  • Monitor employee relations cases and contribute to process improvements, automation, and customer and employee experience initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research solutions, and communicate recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for innovation, process optimization, and automation.
  • Strong record-keeping and data integrity awareness.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across various tools in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously in an international team and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities, with AI fluency.
  • Location in APAC.
