Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a strong focus on compliance and client experience.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, contract, and redundancy processes in line with local laws and best practices.
  • Lead meetings and consultations related to workforce reductions, hearings, separations, settlements, and termination outcomes.
  • Negotiate and influence positive outcomes in complex termination situations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offboarding compliance and audits with internal and external partners, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and collaborate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal and external offboarding inquiries and guide clients through employee relations resources and policies.
  • Assess workplace concerns, identify relevant facts and local regulations, and coordinate appropriate handling of employee relations cases.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product and experience initiatives across offboarding and employee relations workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance and care across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and communicate practical recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills for difficult conversations.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes, including identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
  • Strong attention to record-keeping, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across multiple tools and evolving systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, international environment with multiple priorities and flexible hours.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
