Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a strong focus on compliance and client experience.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, redundancy, and related HR matters.
  • Lead client and external employee meetings for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and delivery of termination outcomes.
  • Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations while balancing competing stakeholder interests.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions to ensure compliant offboarding.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and partner with teams such as Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance.
  • Respond to internal and external offboarding queries and act as a subject-matter expert on exit-related matters.
  • Support clients with employee relations concerns, including preliminary assessments, policy guidance, disciplinary approaches, and case monitoring.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product or experience enhancements across lifecycle and employee relations workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and provide practical recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes, including identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable collaborating asynchronously across multiple tools and adapting to new systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in an international, fast-paced, remote environment with multiple priorities, including flexible hours when needed.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
