Description

  • Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements across the employee lifecycle.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer employee lifecycle documents, including employment agreement amendments, letters, and forms.
  • Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and interpret employment agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions, to ensure compliance.
  • Support complex projects and assist senior specialists on initiatives affecting employees across multiple countries.
  • Help manage HR and financial audits to ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
  • Develop and update global internal documentation for Contracts Management in response to legislative changes.
  • Handle internal and external inquiries related to employment matters in collaboration with lifecycle stakeholders.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development to improve employee and customer experience.
  • Safely manage employee data and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead difficult conversations professionally and confidentially.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level.
  • Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Ability to innovate and optimize processes, including identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Strong operational discipline, with attention to documentation and data integrity.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across various tools and adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in an international, fast-paced, remote environment with multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
