Description

Review, draft, negotiate, and track legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments.
Establish processes and procedures for overall site contract management across the organization.
Negotiate site budgets and support client contract negotiations.
Escalate and resolve complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide guidance to business teams on the operational implications of contract terms.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
Update study team members on the status of contract negotiations and execution.
Establish, track, report, and manage site contract metrics.
Coordinate execution of agreements and track agreement expirations and related obligations.
Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving, and help improve contracting processes and procedures.
Mentor new SCMs and other Precision for Medicine staff.

Requirements

Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
Previous CRO experience.
5+ years of oncology experience.
At least 7 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and site budget negotiations.
Experience leading interactions with US, European, APAC, or other regional institutions.
Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
Preferred: bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or equivalent.
Preferred: excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Preferred: experience setting up contracting plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations.
Preferred: experience with Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and Bid Defense Meetings (BDM).
Preferred: experience managing relationships with study teams and/or CRAs, Start-up Associates, or (S)BSCAs to meet study timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
