Description

  • Run standardized contract intake, triage requests, and route each matter into the correct workflow with clear SLA expectations.
  • Draft, format, review, and redline standard agreements using approved templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.
  • Escalate non-standard terms and legal risks to counsel and maintain a deviations log documenting changes and approvals.
  • Coordinate internal approvals across legal, finance, privacy, security, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Verify commercial terms, vendor onboarding documents, and compliance attestations before execution.
  • Manage e-signature execution, confirm signer authority, and finalize fully executed copies.
  • Store executed agreements in the contract repository with complete metadata and maintain a searchable audit trail.
  • Track obligations, renewal dates, termination windows, notice periods, and other contract milestones.
  • Prepare reporting dashboards on cycle times, SLA adherence, deviations, renewals, and standard-term execution rates.
  • Train business users on intake, templates, repository use, and playbook processes while helping improve workflows and automations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of contracts administration or legal operations experience.
  • Hands-on experience with CLM or contract repository tools such as Ironclad, Icertis, ContractWorks, Agiloft, Conga, or SharePoint/Drive.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word with Track Changes, Excel or Sheets, and PDF tools.
  • Familiarity with core contract concepts including indemnity, limitation of liability, IP, confidentiality, DPAs, and SLAs.
  • Experience with regulated or data-sensitive environments such as GDPR/CCPA, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS is preferred.
  • Experience supporting both buy-side and sell-side contracts is preferred.
  • Experience with template governance and clause library management is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of procurement, vendor risk, and security questionnaires is preferred.
  • Ability to work U.S. client business hours with flexibility for signature and renewal deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage a high-volume pipeline are expected.
