Description

  • Support the Time & Attendance team with day-to-day operational challenges across workflow design, process improvement, tooling, automation, data management, and knowledge management.
  • Establish and maintain operational governance for high-risk Time & Attendance domains, including controls, escalation paths, and quality checks.
  • Design and implement global Time & Attendance policies and procedures in alignment with local employment legislation.
  • Monitor changes in global employment legislation and advise leadership and Legal on required policy updates and implementation timelines.
  • Act as the policy subject matter expert for Time & Attendance and advise Operations, Product, and Engineering on legal interpretation for platform, process, and tool design.
  • Support new country expansions by coordinating key Time & Attendance policy events and legal dependencies across stakeholders.
  • Design and update process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures for Lifecycle Time & Attendance operations.
  • Identify and prioritize automation and process improvement opportunities, including AI-enabled workflow improvements with appropriate controls.
  • Configure and maintain dashboards, recurring reporting, and KPIs to track service health, compliance risk, backlog, and SLA adherence.
  • Develop and maintain documentation frameworks, knowledge bases, and employee-facing policy content, and lead Time & Attendance change management communication.

Requirements

  • Strong and demonstrable experience in a large-volume or high-complexity policy, compliance, and employee relations support team across diverse global regions and countries.
  • Strong expertise in analyzing, interpreting, and applying employment legislation related to Time & Attendance, including legal review and policy risk mitigation.
  • Experience solving Time & Attendance-related challenges is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft, implement, and communicate complex global HR policies while ensuring legal compliance and operational clarity.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from inception to delivery, including requirements gathering, policy design, implementation, and refinement.
  • Strong capability in SLA adherence and data-driven decision-making using metrics to identify compliance risks.
  • Ability to work autonomously in ambiguity and turn unclear situations into clear deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills for working with Legal, Operations, and Leadership stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment and working largely asynchronously; prior remote work experience is a plus.
