Description

  • Monitor care delivery quality and ensure staff adherence to regulations, policies, procedures, quality improvement plans, and best practices.
  • Identify and drive corrective actions for any quality or compliance concerns.
  • Develop, oversee, and mentor the management team and broader care leadership.
  • Partner with finance to build, maintain, and operate within the program budget, including hiring plans, to achieve operational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including community service providers, regulators, legislators, and associations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory and licensing standards, including successful regulatory audits.
  • Participate in strategic planning and broader initiatives to improve WelbeHealth operations best practices across programs.
  • Work with marketing and enrollment teams to support participant growth and enrollment efforts.
  • Own clinic-level executive service and overall operational leadership for the site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology, or a relevant field plus 3 additional years of managerial, administrative, or supervisory experience in a social or health services program or agency; or a Master’s degree in one of those fields plus 1 additional year of similar experience.
  • 5 years of experience developing and guiding highly successful programs for vulnerable seniors.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a health or social services program, with senior care program leadership preferred.
  • Track record of driving initiatives that improve patient experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop leaders and care team members.
  • Experience leading a data-driven organization and using reports and data to prioritize people and projects.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a vaccine declination form is required prior to employment.
  • Experience directing a senior care program is preferred.
