Description

  • Support the development of the MRO strategy to align with business growth.
  • Build and scale a team and supporting capability for MRO operations.
  • Own execution against the plan of record for MRO scaling and customer commitments.
  • Develop and own MRO KPIs and communicate operational health across the business.
  • Drive improvements in production and product design using performance data and field quality data.
  • Oversee receipt, inspection, identification, and documentation of returned defense hardware.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update asset tracking systems for all hardware.
  • Lead diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and hands-on repair of complex hardware issues.
  • Manage post-repair testing and quality assurance for redeployment or return to stock.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact for hardware repair inquiries and status updates.
  • Analyze field performance data and customer feedback to identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage repair operations budget and support accurate repair cost modeling.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Production, Quality Standards, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling teams or production infrastructure.
  • Strong hands-on attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for short periods.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Failure analysis experience is preferred.
  • Experience resolving high-visibility issues with Legal and Customer Care is preferred.
