Description

  • Assist with advisory projects on personal income tax and social security questions across all active countries.
  • Assess local tax exposures in different countries from a personal income tax and social security perspective.
  • Determine and evaluate equity options and payment structures.
  • Work with the payroll department to determine fund flow and tax-efficient salary packages and benefits.
  • Support clients and the team with incoming tax questions.
  • Build documentation and self-serve resources for recurring and potential tax questions.
  • Collaborate on tax-related issues in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Requirements

  • Collections professional with solid experience and proven performance, mainly in a consultancy environment.
  • Prior experience with international taxation and financial operations.
  • Experience with a global law firm, fintech company, or startup.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven communication skills.
  • Professional experience working with large data sets.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus, but not required.
