Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll customers during setup and transition to Remote’s payroll products and services.
  • Analyze customer payroll needs and recommend suitable implementation approaches.
  • Manage new customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
  • Collect required customer and employee payroll data for new legal entity payroll setups.
  • Configure Remote’s Global Payroll system on a customer-by-customer basis.
  • Coordinate parallel payroll runs and reconcile wage-based taxes.
  • Verify payroll and tax setups comply with statutory regulations.
  • Communicate clearly and timely with customers, teammates, supervisors, and vendors.
  • Support and train new customers and employees on payroll processes and country-specific payroll needs.
  • Maintain process documentation and contribute to UAT testing and platform improvements.

Requirements

  • Several years of Global Payroll Implementation experience with statutory tax regulations and payroll processing knowledge.
  • Several years of Global Payroll technical implementation setup experience on local payroll software.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Global Payroll and HR processes.
  • Experience in payroll operations, statutory requirements, and accounting reconciliations.
  • Excellent data management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling multiple projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, computer literacy, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to work in a MacBook Pro environment and largely asynchronously.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Monday.com, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of DACH payroll software is a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities are expected.
