Description

  • Lead cross-functional projects from ideation through execution, including requirements gathering, scope definition, milestone planning, stakeholder updates, adoption, and impact measurement.
  • Identify systemic operational gaps across EOR domains and coordinate remediation with accountable owners and partners.
  • Drive cross-domain visibility and alignment by maintaining clarity on initiatives, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements to EOR operating mechanisms with attention to accuracy, security, and measurable impact.
  • Facilitate prioritization and sequencing for work spanning multiple domains, regions, or cross-functional handoffs.
  • Establish lightweight governance and escalation paths for prioritization conflicts.
  • Own recurring reporting inputs on efficiency, quality, throughput, and risk signals, and turn insights into recommendations and follow-through.
  • Build and improve EOR-wide operating mechanisms such as intake/routing, handoffs, escalation paths, documentation standards, and reusable SOP patterns.
  • Support audit and compliance program management, including evidence gathering, stakeholder alignment, and remediation tracking.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, Finance, and EOR Ops leadership to support execution across multiple surfaces such as Payroll, PEO, and EOR.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in business operations, program/project management, operational excellence, or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Experience in EOR Operations or an adjacent operating environment is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to take ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work from problem definition through delivery, adoption, and measurement.
  • Ability to facilitate alignment across teams with differing priorities and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Experience using AI thoughtfully to improve workflows and solution design.
  • Comfort working with operational metrics and reporting tools such as Sigma, Zendesk, and Google Sheets.
  • Clear written communication and a default to transparent, effective async communication with peers and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, structured, self-directed work style with high ownership and follow-through.
  • Ability to improve systems and ways of working, with examples of making processes faster, clearer, and more scalable.
  • Strong judgment about trade-offs, risk, and when escalation is needed.
