Description

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a strategic point of contact.
  • Lead key workstreams across integrated PR, influencer, and social campaigns.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and workflow across teams to keep deliverables on track.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop strategic recommendations grounded in client objectives, audience insights, and cultural trends.
  • Review, refine, and present client-facing materials including decks, reports, and recaps.
  • Lead brainstorming and creative ideation for newsjacking, earned media, influencer, and social concepts.
  • Manage media relations efforts, including light outreach and placement-building with relevant outlets.
  • Oversee influencer strategy, including paid and organic activations and contract coordination.
  • Lead social media strategy and execution, including trendjacking, content collaboration, and reporting.
  • Analyze performance data and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations and updates to clients.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience, ideally in a PR agency environment.
  • Strong background in the sports industry.
  • Experience supporting integrated communications programs across earned media, influencer, and social channels.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach to account leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and budgets.
  • Experience reviewing and developing client decks, recaps, and written materials.
  • Comfort presenting in both client and internal meetings.
  • Strong understanding of the sports and broader consumer landscape.
  • Preferred: experience with media outreach, influencer partnerships, and social media strategy.
  • Preferred: experience mentoring junior staff and working in cross-functional teams.
