Description

  • Act as the primary communication bridge between investors, geologists, clients, and senior leadership.
  • Develop a strong understanding of ongoing projects, operational priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide accurate feedback and insights to leadership to support decision-making.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, communications, and documentation across multiple stakeholders.
  • Support executive leadership with high-level personal assistant and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Operations, or Coordination role.
  • Background or exposure to the mining, exploration, or resources sector is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, driven, and enthusiastic mindset with a genuine interest in business growth.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex information and communicate it clearly.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
