Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.
  • Lead onboarding sessions and regular strategy calls with clear structure and outcomes.
  • Translate client business goals into CRO strategies, optimisation roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, priorities, and project risks.
  • Build long-term client relationships through strong communication, reliability, and strategic insight.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative CRO audits to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Turn analysis and insights into prioritised CRO roadmaps and experiment plans.
  • Manage project delivery in ClickUp, including scoping, prioritisation, and timelines.
  • Write detailed briefs for designers and developers and perform quality assurance on outputs.
  • Lead cross-functional pods of designers and developers while maintaining delivery standards and momentum.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with eCommerce websites or Shopify environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, ideally in a digital agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing delivery with designers and developers.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics including CVR, AOV, LTV, funnel performance, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading strategic discussions.
  • Strong briefing and quality assurance capabilities for digital product delivery.
  • Experience in a CRO or performance marketing agency is highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce brands is strongly preferred.
  • Access to a reliable laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, and a professional home working environment.
