Description

  • Generate new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, phone, and email.
  • Qualify leads and book discovery meetings with CISO and director-level stakeholders.
  • Conduct initial client conversations and assess hiring or search needs.
  • Lead full negotiation processes through to terms agreement for more senior candidates.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline using SourceWhale CRM and automation tools.
  • Represent the company professionally in conversations with executive-level clients.
  • Deliver a consultative, insight-driven sales approach rather than a transactional one.
  • Work with Managing Director Giles on account development.
  • Use market intelligence reports and thought leadership in sales conversations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or the tech sector.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, roles, and organizational structures.
  • Proven ability to engage C-suite and director-level stakeholders.
  • Experience selling into critical infrastructure sectors such as aviation, finance, energy, and data centers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence with cold outreach and strong phone skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with multi-channel sales tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
  • Professional presence suitable for representing a premium brand.
  • Recruitment industry experience, especially in executive search, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in critical infrastructure is preferred.
  • An existing network in cybersecurity or related sectors is preferred.
  • Experience with SourceWhale, Casper, or similar sales automation tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of the UK corporate landscape is preferred.
  • UK-based candidates are preferred, with South Africa considered with limitations.
  • Availability during UK business hours is essential.
  • Ability to attend occasional client meetings is required.
