Description

  • Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients across international recruitment markets.
  • Use recruitment experience to consult with clients on talent needs and tailored hiring strategies.
  • Conduct cold calls, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups to build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms to research, track, and manage leads.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers across various industries.
  • Work closely with internal recruiters to support smooth and successful placements.
  • Present recruitment solutions and proposals confidently and persuasively.
  • Maintain detailed records of business development activities and client communications.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • Proven success as a 360 recruiter or in a business development role within recruitment.
  • International recruitment experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and traditional sales/outreach methods.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Reliable internet connection required.
  • Personal laptop required.
