Description

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance and patching.
  • Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
  • Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
  • Support IT projects such as system migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Support end users as part of day-to-day IT operations.
  • Drive infrastructure improvements to keep systems running reliably and securely.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of systems administration experience in a Windows environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with virtualisation platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Reliable fibre internet connection.
  • Dedicated home workspace.
  • Availability to work full-time from 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure for a business environment (preferred).
