Description

  • Administer enterprise data platforms including Tableau Server, MOVEit, Linux, Windows Server, and related DHA tooling.
  • Manage platform configurations, access controls, and environment governance across multiple environments.
  • Support operational sustainment through patching, monitoring, logging, and system health validation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and delivery teams to troubleshoot issues affecting dashboards, integrations, and performance.
  • Coordinate platform provisioning, deployment, and configuration in line with enterprise delivery standards.
  • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
  • Support security and compliance activities aligned with RMF and NIST frameworks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure in a federal, DoD, or DHA-aligned environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, or Linux.
  • Familiarity with AWS GovCloud environments, primarily EC2-based infrastructure.
  • Understanding of access management, environment governance, and operational sustainment in regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting RMF, NIST, or similar security and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative Agile environment with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Clear and open communication skills for documentation and troubleshooting.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
