Description

  • Partner directly with US-based clients, including startup founders, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering.
  • Run full 180 delivery recruitment processes from role intake through placement.
  • Source, engage, and manage engineering candidates across the US and globally.
  • Provide strategic input on hiring processes, market mapping, and client updates.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with candidates and contribute to a curated engineering talent pool.
  • Leverage AI-powered tooling and sourcing techniques for precise delivery.
  • Build a personal brand by sharing market insights and candidate stories.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally with exposure to AI/ML, software, or tech startup hiring.
  • Proven success in a 180 recruitment role, with understanding of 270 or 360 recruitment models.
  • Strong experience working with US candidates and US hiring markets.
  • Past experience in both remote and office-based roles, with the ability to thrive independently in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks such as Python, PyTorch, LangChain, and AWS is a plus.
  • Prior account management experience is essential.
  • Strong self-starter mentality with a motivated, autonomous, and commercially driven approach.
  • Must have a laptop, reliable internet connection, and a dedicated work environment.
