Description

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Review and screen resumes to identify candidates that match job requirements.
  • Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling with hiring managers and senior recruiters.
  • Maintain candidate databases and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
  • Support the recruitment process in partnership with the senior recruitment team and HR department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly within the software engineering sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and basic applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Prior internship or experience in recruitment or HR roles is preferred.
  • Understanding of software engineering roles and tech industry terminology is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
