Description

  • Manage and execute social media content across multiple client accounts.
  • Create and schedule email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Write original copy tailored to different audiences, including architects and industrial clients.
  • Edit and amend client marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.
  • Design supporting visual content using Canva.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice across client communications and ensure all copy meets brand standards.
  • Support campaign planning and implementation for client marketing activity.
  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, including support with system migration.
  • Create polished client proposals using Better Proposals.
  • Conduct warm outreach and initial screening calls with prospective clients, then hand over qualified leads to the Founder.
  • Assist with general marketing administration, reporting, diary coordination, and pipeline tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing executive or similar role.
  • Strong experience in social media management and email marketing, with Mailchimp preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign is non-negotiable.
  • Strong Canva skills.
  • Proven copywriting ability with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences.
  • Comfortable and confident conducting video calls with UK-based clients.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or a similar CRM system.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
  • Willingness to use a UK phone system such as Zoom Phone.
  • A portfolio of previous marketing and design work is required as part of the application.
