Description

  • Edit full-length podcast and webinar episodes recorded in Riverside and publish them to the appropriate channels.
  • Cut short-form video clips of 30 to 90 seconds for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn video, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create video thumbnails in Canva while following brand guidelines for visual consistency.
  • Write show notes, captions, and descriptions for episodes and clips.
  • Publish content daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X using Postiz.
  • Write platform-appropriate captions and adapt tone and format for each social channel.
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence aligned with the content calendar managed in Asana.
  • Repurpose long-form interview material into LinkedIn posts for company and executive accounts.
  • Support ad hoc marketing tasks such as content formatting, asset organization, and campaign support.
  • Publish HTML files to the company website using Webflow editor tools and no coding.
  • Complete HubSpot marketing operations tasks such as list updates, workflow adjustments, and email support.
  • Use AI tools, primarily Claude, to help draft captions, repurpose content, and complete tasks more efficiently.
  • Assist the customer success team with manual onboarding tasks that do not require technical expertise.
  • Manage tasks in Asana and keep progress updated for visibility to the Head of Marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience editing video for social media, including short-form clips for Reels or TikTok.
  • Experience managing and publishing content across multiple social platforms.
  • Comfortable working inside Riverside or a comparable video platform such as CapCut or Descript.
  • Available full-time for 40 hours per week.
  • Able to work in the PDT time zone.
  • CEFR English proficiency rating required in the application form.
  • Resume must follow Coconut VA Profile format and be submitted in English.
  • Must provide a 1-minute introduction video link with the application.
  • Strong writing skills for captions and short-form copy are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Canva for social graphics and thumbnails is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily publishing with minimal supervision is preferred.
  • Comfort working in Asana or a similar project management tool is preferred.
  • Experience with Webflow at the editor level is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools, particularly Claude or similar, in a content workflow is preferred.
  • Experience with Postiz or another social media scheduling platform is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for basic marketing operations tasks is preferred.
