Description

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally and promptly.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary, following company procedures.
  • Update customer records accurately in the CRM after each interaction.
  • Meet daily call-handling targets and quality standards.
  • Support outbound follow-up calls as needed.
  • Work closely with team leaders to identify and flag recurring issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a call centre environment.
  • Clear, professional spoken English with strong listening skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer management tools.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations with care.
  • Availability to work regular UK hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
  • Must be based in South Africa for a fully remote role.
