Description

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of letting agents, property developers, and landlords.
  • Build long-term client partnerships and position the company as the first choice for tenancy and construction cleaning services.
  • Identify and introduce upsell opportunities such as carpet cleaning, oven valeting, and specialist construction treatments.
  • Conduct regular client check-in calls and quarterly reviews to maintain satisfaction and forecast future work.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to support a personalised and seamless client experience.
  • Manage shared inboxes and automated booking systems, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings using consultative sales techniques.
  • Coordinate diaries and scheduling to ensure efficient resource allocation and smooth project delivery.
  • Liaise with operations and cleaning teams to communicate client requirements and uphold service standards.
  • Support the Managing Director with reporting, forecasting, and commercial insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, bookings coordination, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in property, facilities management, construction, or service-based industries is advantageous.
  • Strong relationship-building and client communication skills.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital booking platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
  • Professional, personable, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
  • Quiet, professional home working environment.
