Description

  • Conduct structured, solution-oriented sales calls with qualified business owners.
  • Lead conversations that help prospects make clear and confident buying decisions.
  • Disqualify leads quickly and respectfully when they are not a fit.
  • Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects.
  • Call warm leads who have not yet booked appointments.
  • Re-engage unconverted prospects and maintain momentum during slower periods.
  • Track CRM activity, sales numbers, and KPIs accurately.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to refine messaging and client fit.
  • Continuously improve performance by reviewing past calls, training, and sales metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in high-ticket services priced at R100,000+/£5,000+.
  • Confidence speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Ability to discuss financial concepts such as ROI, cash flow, and opportunity cost credibly.
  • Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.
  • Background in consulting, executive coaching, or advisory services is preferred.
  • Experience in professional services or financial/operations-led sales environments is preferred.
  • High self-discipline and professionalism.
  • Calm and confident under pressure.
  • Honest, direct communication style.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
