Description

  • Source candidates primarily through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
  • Screen and qualify candidates against job requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess experience, suitability, availability, and expectations.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and send job descriptions, interview information, and recruitment correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Manage approximately three to five vacancies at the same time.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and provide regular progress updates.
  • Support clients during the recruitment process where required.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the market for each vacancy.
  • Handle recruitment administration accurately and efficiently.
  • Work toward recruitment targets, deadlines, and agreed service levels.

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment or candidate resourcing experience.
  • Good understanding of the UK recruitment market.
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate search skills.
  • Confidence conducting screening and qualification calls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working toward targets and deadlines.
  • Sales or commercial recruitment experience (desirable).
  • Previous 360 recruitment experience (desirable).
  • Client relationship management experience (desirable).
  • Familiarity with recruitment CRM or applicant tracking systems (desirable).
  • Experience recruiting for field-based sales positions (desirable).
  • Approximately 2 to 3 years of recruitment or resourcing experience preferred.
