Description

  • Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through phone calls, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referral networks.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to connect with active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent across multiple open roles and industries.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, availability, and interest.
  • Clearly communicate role requirements, compensation, and expectations to candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, culture alignment, and client needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate notes and records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Track outreach activity, response rates, pipeline status, and sourcing metrics.
  • Identify sourcing challenges early and propose creative solutions for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and share market intelligence and candidate feedback.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a high-volume outbound calling role.
  • Proven ability to execute outbound phone outreach and engage passive candidates.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system or CRM to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Prior experience in a staffing agency or third-party recruiting environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience sourcing for specialized or hard-to-fill roles preferred.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sourcing and pipeline metrics preferred.
  • Full-time availability.

  • Up to $5 per hour compensation.
  • $50 per month Health and Wellness Fund.
