Description

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
  • Assist with offer coordination and hiring documentation.
  • Support new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system access, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage hiring-related documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized records in ATS and HR systems.
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation and tracking.

Requirements

  • Hands-on recruiting experience with HR support exposure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance recruiting priorities with light HR administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Professional, discreet, and reliable demeanor.
  • Experience with high-volume or pipeline-based recruiting is preferred.
  • Exposure to healthcare recruiting or HR environments is preferred.
  • This is a 100% remote, full-time position.
  • Compensation is up to $6/hr.
