Description

  • Source and recruit healthcare professionals across nursing, physician, allied health, and administrative roles in all 50 states.
  • Drive candidate outreach through text campaigns and high-volume daily calls to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct Zoom interviews to assess licensure, clinical competency, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through credentialing and final placement.
  • Adapt recruiting efforts to different medical specialties and regional market demands.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in LinkedIn Recruiter and proprietary ATS tools.
  • Engage and persuade medical professionals to consider new career opportunities.
  • Work with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, outpatient centers, and urgent care clinics.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, or high-volume business development in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with U.S. medical licenses and credentialing processes, including LMHC, PT, RN, LPN, MD, DO, PA, and NP.
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
  • Strong time management and productivity in a 100% remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging and influencing medical professionals.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools (preferred).

Benefits

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
  • Salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
