Description

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox AI, niche job boards, industry groups, and other search methods to identify qualified insurance candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for insurance producers, account managers, and hybrid Producer/CSR roles.
  • Focus on sourcing candidates with experience in captive and independent insurance agencies.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that encourage passive candidates to respond and apply.
  • Engage hard-to-find candidates and start conversations that generate interest in partner agency opportunities.
  • Research and map talent pools across geographic regions to support hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with recruiters to support sourcing efforts for priority roles.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience sourcing or recruiting licensed and pre-licensed insurance professionals in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health.
  • Proven ability to find candidates beyond traditional job boards.
  • Comfort with high outreach volumes and persistent follow-up.
  • Strong written communication skills for clear, concise, and engaging outreach messages.
  • Ability to conduct brief phone screens.
  • Highly organized with experience tracking sourcing activity, response rates, and candidate pipelines.
  • Data-driven and focused on results.
  • Eagerness to learn insurance roles and industry nuances.
  • Experience working with captive and independent agencies is preferred.
