Description

  • Build and grow an independent recruitment business under the Keller Haldren partner model.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Develop client relationships and generate business through existing networks.
  • Handle cross-border placements and collaborate with global partners on opportunities.
  • Use the firm’s systems, technology platforms, and back-office support to deliver recruitment services.
  • Apply market knowledge to operate effectively within local business, cultural, and regulatory conditions.
  • Contribute to a sustainable and profitable recruitment operation.
  • Work with marketing resources and campaign support to promote your market presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record of successful placements and client relationships in the local market.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with business development capability.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required.
  • Existing client base or business pipeline is desirable.
  • Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience running a business or managing P&L is desirable.
  • Established network within your business community is desirable.
  • Specialization in high-demand sectors is desirable.
