Description

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and planning cycles, including management and Board reporting.
  • Perform variance analyses and risk and opportunity assessments to inform leadership decisions.
  • Partner with finance leadership to develop dashboards that track KPIs and business performance.
  • Help manage the company’s P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Build and enhance financial models for long-range planning, scenario analysis, staffing, and related needs.
  • Provide strategic finance support to senior leaders across the global G&A organization.
  • Build, optimize, and automate data models, data warehouses, and ETL processes for reporting and budgeting tools.
  • Improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting systems to strengthen operational insights.
  • Support ad hoc analyses, M&A work, benchmarking, and other financial projects for senior management.
  • Lead cross-functional AI adoption efforts to automate manual workflows and free up team bandwidth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, including 2+ years in strategic finance and analytics.
  • Prior experience in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, and/or investment banking.
  • Experience in a high-growth corporate environment with rapid scaling.
  • Experience operating with public company-level rigor.
  • Prior experience with subscription businesses or SaaS is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong business instincts and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and execute projects end-to-end.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Claude/AI, SQL, Python, Adaptive, Pigment, and data warehousing platforms.

  • Base salary range of $143,000 to $172,000 in the United States.
