Description

  • Lead the technical sales cycle for strategic partnerships, including discovery sessions and tailored API-focused demonstrations.
  • Scope, plan, and lead technical proof-of-concept projects as the technical lead on partner calls and engagements.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor for partners, triaging integration issues and guiding implementation decisions.
  • Develop and maintain technical enablement materials such as implementation guides, best practices documents, and technical readmes.
  • Create and improve scalable enablement assets, including the open-source Remote API Demo application.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Remote’s API and integration capabilities by providing internal training and onboarding support.
  • Act as a technical liaison between partners, sales, product, and engineering teams to align on product roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Translate partner and customer needs into product and business requirements, and advocate for product improvements based on market feedback.
  • Contribute to process improvements, tooling, and team growth across the Solutions Architect function.

Requirements

  • Understanding of API architectures, including REST and SOAP integration design.
  • Experience deciding between Webhooks and WebSockets for real-time partner integrations.
  • Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth 2.0 grant types such as Authorization Code, PKCE, and Client Credentials.
  • Proven ability in rapid prototyping, technical troubleshooting, and leading complex integration projects from discovery to launch.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience creating high-quality technical documentation, training materials, and enablement resources.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and generative AI platforms for content creation, code review, and analysis.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Ability to work in AMER timezones or comfortably align with AMER working hours.
  • Immediate or near-term availability is preferred.
