Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicate Remote’s value propositions and assess customer fit.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects through handoff to the sales team.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from outside sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to start the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Proven business development success using core sales tools.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong listening ability.
  • Positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to stay positive in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starting attitude, and proactive mindset.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is preferred but not required.
